Shipping Area
We ship within Germany as well as to selected countries.
The available delivery countries will be displayed during the ordering process. If delivery to a particular country is not possible, that country cannot be selected at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the delivery country, the products ordered, the shipping method and, where applicable, the respective production or shipping partner.
The specific shipping costs will be shown to you in the shopping cart or, at the latest, during checkout before you complete your order with an obligation to pay.
For deliveries outside Germany, additional costs may apply, such as customs duties, import fees or taxes. These costs are not charged by us and must be borne by the customer. If necessary, please contact the relevant authorities in your country before placing your order.
Shipping Methods
Depending on the product, delivery country and availability, different shipping methods may be offered.
Where available, a faster shipping method, such as premium shipping or express shipping, may be selected at checkout. The applicable costs and estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout.
Not all shipping methods are available for all products, delivery countries or production partners.
Delivery Times
The delivery time depends on the respective product, the delivery country, the shipping method and, where applicable, the production partner.
The estimated delivery time will be displayed during the ordering process.
For products that are manufactured or printed only after the order has been placed, the delivery time consists of both production time and shipping time.
If you purchase several products in one order, they may be shipped separately. In this case, the individual deliveries may arrive at different times.
Production and Delivery Delays
We strive to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.
In individual cases, delays may occur, for example due to an increased volume of orders, production delays, supply shortages, public holidays or delays caused by the shipping service provider.
If delivery is significantly delayed, we will inform you as soon as we receive the relevant information.
Delivery Address
Please make sure to provide a complete and correct delivery address during the ordering process.
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional costs may arise.
